Studies show that mindfulness can help you manage stress and improve focus and productivity. In my workshops you’ll be introduced to strategies to manage stress mindfully. You’ll participate in interactive exercises such as mindful communication and grounding techniques that will help you calm down and improve your well-being.

I’m trained in mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy to help promote compassion satisfaction, which is the antidote for burnout. You will leave with practical tips and additional resources for practicing self-care to stop stressing both at work and at home.

Workshops include:

  • Stress management tools you can start using right away

  • Help with developing your own or your team’s self-care action plan to promote wellness & increase productivity

  • Access to a private Facebook discussion group for ongoing support and resource sharing

Workshops can be tailored to meet your group’s needs. Online sessions are available.

Cost: 1.5 hour Session is $30/person (5 person minimum/10 person max)

$15 for each additional PARTICIPANT
